From ski in/ski out multi-million dollar single family homes to 'cozy' studios on the bus route, the Warriors Mark neighborhood has a refreshingly wide range of properties to choose from. Located on the southern edge of downtown Breckenridge, many folks consider the properties within Warriors Mark to be walking distance into town, with access via the Burro Trail or along the Broken Lance loop road. Ski access is relatively easy by way of the free shuttle route servicing the lower Warriors Mark area, or for those in the upper/Warriors Mark West area, there are a few pedestrian/skier easements along White Cloud and Sunrise Point Drive that allow advanced skiers to access the lifts at the base of Peak 9. A classic Breckenridge neighborhood with lots of full-time residents and a location that's hard to beat. .
