Warriors Mark - in town neighborhood

As a neighborhood the subdivisions called Warriors Mark plus the condos along Warriors Mark's main road, Broken Lance and on the Columbine Loop, voted to be annexed into the offical town of Breckenridge. This took place in 2002 and improved public transportation to the neighborhood and gives homeowners a better price at the Breckenridge Rec Center.

Located on the southside of Breck, this neighborhood has a variety of home types from ski-in, ski-out condo, duplexes, townhhomes with nice common areas and large homes. Styles range from modern, mountain-modern to suburban and '70s style condo buildings. Even altitude is varied in this neighborhood from homes that lie low near the Blue River while others are on a ridge climbing toward Peak 10 (about 400 ft.).
